Wallace şi Gromit sunt personajele principale într-o serie, constând din patru filme britanice de animaţie, de scurt metraj. Ce e aşa deosebit la această peliculă e că toate personajele au fost create din plastilină sau din lut şi modelate pe armături de metal. Filmările s-au realizat prin animaţie stop cadru.
